Simply get in touch

You can access our healthcare services by contacting St Luke’s direct. Our medical secretary is available to help you with any questions.

We treat every case with the strictest confidentiality.

Step by step
Contact St Luke’s medical secretary, in strict confidence.
If we think we can help, you'll be asked to get a referral letter from your GP, optician, or other relevant medical professional.
You then send this letter to St Luke’s.
We forward your letter to our honorary consultant, who will either accept you as a patient or inform us that they cannot help. (If no further help is available, St Luke’s will contact you to let you know.)
Once your case has been accepted by a consultant, you'll be contacted directly by their secretary to arrange an appointment.
If we do not have a consultant in your particular specialism, you may instead be referred locally to a consultant of your choice. To assist you with funding, St Luke’s will need to see a referral letter from your GP before this consultation takes place.
